Return Policy

Our store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date; for an exchange for an item of equal value or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. We are committed to providing quality products; we will send replacements for defective parts free of charge.

To make a return, please email info@artmatters.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item in its original packaging and drop it off at the post office. PRODUCT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE ELIGIBLE. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If exchanging your item for store credit, we will email you a gift code to apply to your next puchase. Save your code!
